People Write Some Crap! Be Carefull

I've got news alerts going for the XBox 360 Ultimate so if its mentioned pretty much anywhere on the internet I'll know about it.

It could be an innocent mistake but someone at BuyAndSell.Ca is offering:

you've got to chuckle! It's not even confirmed yet - let alone released!

So when you do go buying the Xbox 360 Ultimate - make sure you get what you think you're buying. When/if its released we'll be publishing the complete details so when you do go to buy you can compare what the seller says you'll get and the official specs.

Curry's Lowest XBox 360 In Western Europe?

Currys have the Xbox 360 Pro Console Pack for just £199!!

Is it the lowest price in Western Europe? I've got a sneaky feeling it could be a fantastic Easter for new XBox 360 Console owners!!

It's Official(ish) Ultimate 360 Details

Apparently an email went out to Game Crazy, and GameStop saying that'll be launched at a price of around $600 so that'll be around £399ish.

Apparently it'll include a built-in High Definition DVD player, Television Recorder, 360 GB Hard Drive and HDMI port - well obviously!

Release in May 2008?

So the new Xbox 360 Ultimate may be released in May this year according to rumours at Smarthouse.

And of course its likely to feature the Blu-ray HD format. But don't be too quick to jump to conclusions, they may just allow HD movies to be downloaded via the intenet and then played from the Xbox.

It's something that Sony won't be turning their nose to either: Michael Ephraim the MD of Sony Computer Entertainment said: "We would welcome Microsoft to the Blu-ray stable. In fact it is quite logical for them as the PS3 has been very succesful in driving consumers to Blu-ray. In fact we believe that it has done more to win the format war than traditional Blu-ray player".

Careful Of The XBox Blog Spam

I'm starting to see it already! There's a trend starting now that people choose topics and then use blogs to spam the hell out it to point to pages where they earn some cash via the Google adverts.

The problem is that they often talk utter crap!

Look at this one - the guys the Xbox 360 Ultimate bundle is "on sale like everywhere" - no the fook it isn't! It's still rumour that they'll be releasing it, and they haven't even publicly announced their views of whether they'll go down the HD or Blu-Ray route!


Just keep an eye out for the rubbish that people are going to start to spout about it!
